Four

Alas, not enough growth to progress onto Day 4 steps. So I will wait until the dough doubles-hopefully that will happen within the next 24 hours.

    Allison, you'll have to let us know how this turns out, as we have been working on a sourdough starter for a couple weeks, and the bread is great, but not sourdough.
